hmm went out for badminton early this morn....
haha had loads of fun...
but there isnt much challenge out there today,
im simply too pro alr

anyway can feel that i getting lousier at badminton
old alr, rusty alr
so must really train hard.....!!! but...no kaki to play with evryday
